SHIPPING IN UKRAINE

All orders in Ukraine are shipped with Nova Poshta.

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing after confirmation.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number.

Shipping costs are paid by the customer according to Nova Poshta rates.

We ship worldwide.

Delivery time and cost depend on the destination country. Please contact us before placing your order if you need more details.

Please note that customs duties and local taxes may apply in your country. These are paid by the customer.

We want you to be fully happy with your order.

If something doesn’t fit or you change your mind, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days after receiving your order.

Swimwear can be returned or exchanged only if:

— it is unworn and unused;
— all tags are still attached;
— the hygienic liner is intact;
— there are no signs of damage or wear.

If these conditions are not met, we may not be able to accept the return.

Step 1. Contact us
Please contact us by email or Instagram before sending anything back. We will guide you through the process.

Step 2. Send the item back
Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions for shipping the item back via Nova Poshta.

Step 3. Item check
When we receive your parcel, we will carefully check the item to make sure it meets our return conditions.

Step 4. Refund or exchange
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days after approval.

If you request an exchange, we will send the new item after we receive and check the return.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

If the item is defective or if there was a mistake on our side, we will cover all shipping costs.
